Goldfish Holdings began using digital surveying of its properties nearly five years ago and has been conducting VR home and property showings as a matter of course since shortly after.
Allowing you to explore our properties in virtual reality before having an in-person walkthrough saves you time and effort. When a goldfish holdings staff member shows you the property in person there will be no surprises and most tenants find that they are immediately ready to sign a lease.
Virtual Reality showings help keep you safe in the face of the COVID pandemic. Instead of exposing yourself to risk each time you want to examine a property, you can visit from the safety and comfort of your own home.

To tour one of our properties in VR you will need one of the following:
- An Android phone with a google cardboard kit
- An Oculus Go or Oculus Quest
If you do not have access to a VR headset, you can still perform a virtual walk-thru of our properties on your phone or computer.
